- Athentech. Perfectly Clear, the latest, state-of-the-art image enhancement technology from Athentech Imaging, which debuted in APM v8.0, is now available in Lab 50 as well. Perfectly Clear is the world’s most advanced automatic image correction solution. Powered by 10 patented corrections and 10 years of scientific research, it delivers robust automatic correction that produces accurate and beautiful results. Perfectly Clear powers Lab 50’s advanced “Auto Enhancement” feature which automatically applies correction to photos before rendering or printing. Operators can configure separate auto enhancement “channels” to limit which products get correction applied, or to apply different Perfectly Clear settings to different product groups.
- Automatic Product Fulfillment. Configuring fulfillment for new products is getting a whole lot easier! It is no longer necessary to manually configure via the Setup Wizard the fulfillment for every product produced in your lab. Products which are not mapped to a specific printer driver will automatically output as JPEGs or PDFs to a specified hotfolder directory on the kiosk or local network.
- French Localization. Lab 50 can now be operated entirely in French. C’est si bon!
Tweaks & Fixes:
- ColorFlow Clean Up. There is a new setting for ColorFlow to automatically delete any work files that are created after each order is printed.
- View Filter by Product. View Filters on the Orders screen that include or exclude by product will now work correctly.
- Custom Product Names. Saving changes to a product’s other properties no longer reverts the product’s name to the original default.
- Retailer Tag. In the order xml file, the node used by fulfillment centers to help identify and process orders will now include the correct data.
