User Enhancements Bundle
Give your users a better experience.
Add some bells and whistles to your site’s user experience! This bundle adds features your customers will love. It doubles the maximum file size from 20 MB to 40 MB, adds the Img.ly desktop photo editing tools, encourages users to upload higher res photos by removing the small and medium size options (leaving only original) and add SMS order completion notification service (for Ready for Pickup & Order Shipped).
- Larger uploads. Double the maximum file size customers can upload from 20 MB to 40 MB per image from hard drive, media card, or mobile browser. Note: EasyLink Mobile Upload remains is 20 MB (more than enough for a mobile phone image).
- Photo editor. Adds the Img.ly photo editor for PF Web desktop browsers and PF Kiosk, featuring 7 great tools: Transform, Filters, Adjust, Text, Focus, Text Design, and Overlays. Text Design includes 16 great templates for creative type expression.
- One-size upload. Removes the “Small Size” and “Medium Size” upload options from the site uploader so all customers automatically get the “Original Size” option.
- Text messages. SMS order completion notifications for users on PF Web & PF Kiosk.
- No app upgrade fee. iPhone app upgrade fees waived (requires initial app purchase).
- EasyLink Mobile Upload text-to-upload feature for PF Web and PF Kiosk (released in PF v15.0, 11/24/20 and in PF Kiosk v1.0 1/5/20).
- Cloud Storage Access for website users to pull photos stored in their Google Photos, Facebook, Dropbox, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, and Box accounts. (PF Web only; added Nov 2021 for PF v15.3)

Marketplace Bundle
Connect up wtih third party fulfillers to offer products you don’t make.
This set of features is designed for dealers who want more control managing shipments to consumers and to/from wholesale outlabs. This pack adds postal address verification (US & Canada) to the website, real-time shipment tracking, and a new set of notification emails (delivery notification, wholesale shipment notification and wholesale delivery notification). You can rest easy knowing where packages are going and when they arrive.
- Order review queue to allow your staff to approve certain orders (perfect for labs who want to approve orders sent to an outlab, to visually check content, and ideal for catching fraudulent orders)
- Address verification (US & Canada) and autocomplete (worldwide). Automatic validation and correction of common errors. Identification of missing apartment/suite numbers, invalid street numbers, undeliverable addresses, and more. Automatic ZIP+4 encoding. Depending upon the error condition reported, after 2 or 3 validation warnings customers are allowed to bypass.
- Real-time shipment tracking via a “Track Order” button in the order confirmation email or from the Order History page within their account, customers can see current location/status of a package and history of waypoints. Real-time shipment tracking supports over 800 carriers worldwide.
- Delivery notification email. Customers receive a notification email when packages from their order are delivered (either from your dealer or an outlab supplier). Supports both whole order and split order tracking.

Film & Scan Bundle
Bring film and scanning into your circle of products.
If you do film processing and/or any kind of scanning, this bundle is for you!
How it works: Customers place an order for a dev/scan service (on your website, kiosk, mobile app, or through the new app at the counter). You receive/process and once you have the digital files ready, the PRO Uploader (our new app for PC or Mac) marries up the order with the files and triggers an email to the customer with a link to the images. The user can add the collections to their account, or they can simply view, download, and/or order.
Benefits: No more logging in for a customer, emailing, dealing with bounces, buying loads of storage, or transferring gigs to Dropbox or WeTransfer. Free up your lab techs from time-consuming form-filling, emailing and uploading tasks, and keep your customers on your site for easier future orders. Proofing Gallery Site

If you shoot studio work or event photography, a Proofing Gallery will give you a polished way to show clients proofs, and an easy way to take orders for professional prints and products. Proofing Galleries are also ideal for artists who want to sell on-demand professional prints of their collection.
One dealer can support multiple Proofing Gallery sites, so if you have pro photographers who want to fulfill through you, you can offer each of them a custom-branded site that is connected to your printing and fulfillment services. The same library of thousands of print and creative products, produced in-house or by one of our 3rd-party Marketplace partners, is available to offer.
On the admin end, we made things easy. Photo events are managed through the PRO Uploader desktop software, allowing photographers to upload and organize images quickly after the shoot and share them with clients. For each event, which can contain multiple collections of photos, photographers can set event name and description, password protection, URL, and watermarks. Proofing Gallery sites have the same flexibility in setup of branding, product catalog, pricing, shipping/delivery, payment, coupons/promos, and communications that our consumer-upload ordering sites have.

Bundle Pricing
We have priced the add-on bundles based on revenue, so it better aligns with the costs of per-usage or higher frequency services.
Bundles are priced based on the month’s revenue on the PF Platform (PF Web + PF Kiosk + App). The tier increases with volume and the billing report bills at the end of the month based on revenues at that point.
Your monthly subscription price is included in your monthly invoice.
Each bundle is priced separately.
Total revenue includes revenue from your kiosks, app, main site, and any subaccount sites. As such, when you subscribe to a bundle it is valid for all kiosks and all main and subaccount websites.
