We know that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust. Spam is the bane of the internet and we won’t have anything to do with it.
- We promise that we will never share your e-mail address or other identifiable information with any third party company (no external spam), except for photo retailers that you specifically engage with.

Personally Identifiable Information
We collect the personally identifiable information that you submit on the registration and user profile forms to permit you access to our site and to enable credit card verification, where applicable. Please note that any optional information you fill out might be visible to other users on the site (i.e. your biography, or location in the world). If you do not feel comfortable with others knowing this information, then leave it blank.
Generally, the information Photo Finale collects helps us or your selected retailer to communicate with you. For instance, we use your email address to provide you with an email confirmation of your registration and order confirmation messages.
We will not share, rent or sell your personally-identifiable information with any entity, other than retailers you have engaged with, subject to the provisions below. We may share your information with our vendors in connection with system maintenance and other services that these individuals or entities perform for us. In some cases, we may run a joint marketing effort with third parties.
We will only release personal information without your authorization in the following situations:
- To the authorities when necessary to comply with the law (i.e. answering subpoenas).
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of Lucidiom.com or PhotoFinale.com, our users or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
To enable us to provide the best possible product to our partners, Photo Finale uses 3rd-party libraries, such as Google Analytics, which aggregate information about how our sites are being used. We do not collect any personally identifiable information about users or their photos.
You can opt-in to receive our newsletter. This information will not be sent to you if you ask us not to include your name on our mailing lists. We understand that many consumers are concerned about security on the Internet. The security of the information that you provide to us is also very important to us. To prevent unauthorized disclosure, maintain data accuracy and ensure the correct use of information, we have in place reasonable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure any information we collect online. Our payment systems use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an advanced encryption protocol, to scramble credit card information that you enter so that it cannot be read as it is transmitted across the Internet. SSL is the recognized industry standard worldwide for such sensitive transactions, enhancing safety when you shop with a credit card on the web. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer.
