Partner Types
Marketplace Partner catalogs allow you to expand your offerings and boost your bottom line without any capital expenditure. Add products, services, content, and hard goods. There are six types of partners.
Prestige Photolab
Prestige Photolab Partner catalogs are fulfilled by third parties, but billing, customer service, and catalog management is handled by Photo Finale. Partners use the PF API to update the consumer and the lab with order and shipment status.
Peer-to-Peer
Any PF dealer can share their catalog with another member for free trade. Photo Finale does not support the orders or financing of these relationship and expects all dealers to deal fairly with other peer partners.
Hard Goods
A partner that sells blanks and other accessories that you offer on your website, for production in your store.
Software
These partners offer software that is compatible or complimentary to the Photo Finale platform.
Fulfillment
Fulfillment Partners are authorized and tested third party partners of Photo Finale. The fulfiller handles direct billing, as well as returns or support related issues. Partners update the consumer and the lab with orders status and shipment status.
Content
Content Partner catalogs contain designs or templates for a variety of products that dealers offer on their PF sites and print locally. There is no third party fulfillment associated with this type of partner catalog.
Service
A partner that offers a service to other dealers, such as film development, restoration, or scanning.
